A well-seasoned veteran of the London Hotel and Restaurant scene Lloyd has enjoyed an illustrious career having held a host of prestigious roles under his belt. It was the 5 years as Executive Chef for 3 Michelin Star Chef Jean Georges Vongerichten at Spice Market in London and appearances on BBC Saturday Kitchen and Celebrity Master chef that led Peter to opening his own 2 restaurants in London Sticky Mango and Kama Sushi on London’s Southbank.
